I cannot recommend Harbrinder enough.

I cannot recommend Harbrinder enough. After my husband passed away, I was suddenly navigating my own grief along with our daughters emotions of losing their father. She truly understood the weight of trying to hold everything together, parenting through their tears, questions and anger, whilst managing my own emotions. She didn't offer generic advice or platitude's, she helped me find practical, gentle ways to parent through the fog, how to answer the hard questions without falling apart. She worked directly with both my girls, one of which was struggling badly with separation anxiety. She became terrified of the world, with elevated anxiety and stress. Harbrinder found a way to reach through these complex emotions to slowly bring happiness and joy to her life. The anxiety eased and confidence grew, it was such a gift to see my daughter come back to me, to see her engage with friends and activities she had pulled away from. Harbrinder didn't just help with grief, she helped us rebuild as a family. She is an absolute lifeline. Thank you.

She will sort it

My 11yo daughter was going through a very difficult period. She was all the time expecting the worse to happen, afraid of everything and having panic attacks. She stopped eating and couldn’t sleep, and even had seizures. Harbrinder needed less than one year to completely revert this situation, bringing back the happy and confident girl we knew. She worked with her, and also with the parents, and her advice to us was quite helpful and to the point. We can’t thank her enough for bringing our little girl back. She offers concrete advice and presents concrete results.

Life-Changing Support from Day One

I felt comfortable opening up to Harbrinder from our very first session—and I got real value straight away. She combines a thoughtful mix of techniques with genuine curiosity about root causes, so every session left me feeling lighter, clearer, and equipped with practical next steps. I’ve tried CBT and online therapy before and never found much benefit, but working with Harbrinder truly changed that. It’s honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made in years. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough, and I’m now continuing with professional coaching to keep building on the progress we’ve made together.

Harbrinder made our child and us immediately at ease and we were impressed by her ability to identify key issues about their sleep concerns quickly. Our child formed a great rapore with her and was able to be incredibly open with her in their one to one sessions. We are significantly further on, and have Harbrinder to thank. We would recommend her wholeheartedly.
