Terms of Use

Last updated: 13 March 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Ascot Clinic Healthcare Directory website at www.ascot.clinic ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by Dhillon Stevens Ltd, registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our").

2. Nature of the Directory

Ascot Clinic Healthcare Directory is an information and referral service only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The directory lists independent healthcare practitioners and clinics who are solely responsible for the services they offer.

We do not:

  • Endorse, recommend, or guarantee the services of any listed practitioner.
  • Verify the accuracy of all information provided by practitioners.
  • Act as an agent or intermediary between patients and practitioners.

Any decision to contact or engage a practitioner is made entirely at your own risk.

3. Practitioner Listings

Practitioners listed on the Site are independent professionals. By submitting a listing, practitioners confirm that:

  • All information provided is accurate and up to date.
  • They hold all required professional qualifications, registrations, and insurance.
  • They will notify us promptly of any changes to their registration status or contact details.

We reserve the right to remove or suspend any listing at our discretion, including where we receive credible complaints or where a practitioner is no longer registered with their relevant professional body.

4. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or defamatory information.
  • Impersonate any person or organisation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site.
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Site without our prior written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to HDS Therapy Ltd and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We exclude all liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information contained within it.
  • We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
  • We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from the Site.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them.
